Hey All! Sorry I got a little behind on blogging about my trip to Ohio. We were doing quite a bit of moving around and visiting and blogging was just not at the top of my list, but visiting all my family and friends and meeting everyone was.
I have to tell you, when I look back at these pictures, I almost don't recognize myself. I'm loosing my hair (Mommy said it will come back, thank goodness because I thought I was a bit young to start looking like Grandpa Sam), I have grown a few inches and pounds and learned so many new things (I'll get to those in another post).
Right before we left Mommy and Daddy got me this bouncy seat (we call it the owl chair), you will see me in my pics sitting in it because I love it..I'm just saying
Mom hung my ducky from the chair since at first I couldn't quite reach the owl. I love just sitting in it and playing, I really crack myself up sometimes!

Here I am spending some down time on my tummy. Mommy says this "tummy time" business is really important stuff. Grandpa Sam was working out in the yard and I was pretty amused with whatever he was doing, but I left the work to him and just kept playing
I figure I'll be helping Grandpa soon enough, he has tons of tools and fun things for me to get into, I can't wait!
********************************************************
Here is something I learned to do while in Ohio
can you see it, I'm grabbing on to things! It's kinda a big deal and for the record I'm a bit of a master at it now!
And here is another first...
I started to help hold my own bottle...go ahead and be proud, I am!
********************************************************
Here I am with my Grandpa Sam, he does this chicken sound that really just gets me laughin!
and I sure do miss that guy!

On the days we were staying at Grandpa Sam and Grandma Lynda's house, their neighbor Andi would come over and visit, almost every evening...she is such a nice lady. She even fed me my dinner one night.
***********************************************************************
Ok now this is one of my most favorite memories ( I have a few but this one is really up there)! See this is my GREAT Grandma Hornak, she is one spectacular lady. She held me and talked with me and I could have sat with her forever. I could tell she has lots of stories to tell.
Mommy took lots of pictures so I would have lots of memories (thank goodness for that Mom and her picture taking obsession!)
This pic is a fav of mine even though it is blurry, see Great Grandma mad me laugh and I made her laugh and we just kept going back and forth laughing and enjoying each others company...
...boy o boy, I sure hope to see her again soon.
While we were at Great Grandma Hornak's house a few of my relatives came to eat dinner. Here I am with some of my Great Aunts and Great Uncles.
This is me and Great Aunt Carol
and Great Uncle Bob even held me.
Then here is me and Great Aunt Marilyn
We took a few group shots too, I'm telling you it's like I was followed by the paparazzi the whole time I was home!
O, I almost forgot, my Aunt Izzy came by to see me too! So love that girl!
After leaving Great Grandma Hornak's house we took a special trip to see where Great Grandpa Hornak rests. Mommy said when I get older that she will tell me all about Great Grandpa Hornak and that Grandpa Sam will also have lots of stories to share. Mommy explained to me that even though Great Grandpa Hornak is buried at this cemetery place, that the most important thing I know is that he is in a place called Heaven and he watches over me every day.
Aunt Izzy buckled me in to my car seat and then we were off to see Grandma NeNe and Gpa Joe. But hold on a second becasue before I forget I have to tell you about my very exciting milestone I had on the drive there...
As some of you may know I'm not one for this car seat business and often have what Mommy and Daddy call a "meltdown". I'm just letting them know I have had enough of that darn seat and would like to be taken out NOW. Since I often express this need Mommy spent much effort on the way to Grandma NeNe's trying to keep me happy and my mind off the fact that I was in that darn seat. I can't quite remember what Mommy was doing but I could not help but to laugh. This was not the ordinary squeal, it was a full out giggle! It was my first official giggle! No more is the little laugh I used to have, I prefer to giggle right from the center of my belly!

Ok, next....
Here I am upon my arrival to Grandma NeNe's, it was bath night so her and Gpa Joe helped.
After a good nights sleep it was time to get ready for the arrival of my Great Grandparents on Grandma NeNe's side. The excitement was building all morning but they finally arrived.
It is not the best of pictures but this was the first time I met Great Papa Henry Drazba (he is that guy I share a name with). Then I met Great Grandma Drazba
and Great Aunt Mary
It was a great day! I visited with my family, Mommy took pictures, and Gpa Joe Grilled ribs. Those ribs sure did smell good and I'm hoping next year I just might get me a taste of them!
As you can see Great Papa did not put me down very often. And to be honest I was pretty happy about that, we had lots to talk about. I showed him how to coo...
...how to stick out your tongue...
and my most favorite thing, I taught him instead of showing me his tears, he can just laugh with me. I guess over the years, Mommy said Papa tends to get a little teary when he is happy, so I shared with him my laughs and after a few happy tears, he was laughing right along with me!
It was a wonderful but very exhausting day, so I took a little power nap on Grandma NeNe's lap.
*********************************************************
My first Memorial Day was very fun and exciting. Grandma NeNe and Gpa Joe took Mommy and I to Wadsworth pancake breakfast to see the fire trucks and the parade. It was hot as hot can be, but tons of fun! And like on many occasions I could not help taking a little power nap. After all, no one would feed me any pancakes or sausage so what else is a baby to do but get some ZZZZ's?
After enjoying the parade we headed back to Grandma NeNe's house for a nap and to get ready for a few visitors. I got to meet Julie, Jason baby Paul, Ana Lisa, Christina, and Jason.
******************************************************
After spending Memorial Day weekend with Grandma NeNe, Mommy and I headed back to Grandpa Hornak's to meet the Longbreak side of the family and wait for Daddy to arrive.
I got to see Aunt Sue, Uncle Brad, Anna B, Hunter, Jess, Joey, Samantha and Tristan.
Aunt Sue and Anna B fed me...
Anna B. held me...
Unfortunately, Mommy fell behind on taking photos when she was busy talking to the rest of my family, but I also met Great Aunt Cynnie, Great Uncle Bob, Becky, and Tom.
Daddy arrived later that night (I stayed up to wait for him against Moms wishes).
******************************************
The next day we headed to Columbus to visit Mommy and Daddy's friends Jaime and Jordan (they are kinda like another Aunt and Uncle). Again, Mommy missed out on taking photos though I'm sure Jaime may have some. Columbus was a great place to visit. First, I found out it is the home of the Ohio State Buckeye Football team. Mommy and Daddy taught me when they say O-H, I'm supposed to say I-O! We visited Jaime at work (and met some of her teacher friends who said lots of prayers for me when I was fist born), we had dinner with Jaime and Jordan's neighbors and Tim and Melanie (Jaime's Mommy and Daddy). One evening Mommy had a little "meet Grayson" party, that night I met Megan, Kevin and Matt Little. We even did a little shopping at Easton and lunch at the Cheesecake Factory. All I have to say is I can not wait to eat me some of that Cheesecake!!! After our visit in Columbus we headed to Grandma NeNe's just for the night so she and Gpa Joe could babysit me while Mommy and Daddy went to dinner at Crave and a movie for their 5 year anniversary. Then the next morning we were off to Erie, PA to visit Aunt Izzy and my soon to be Uncle, Andrew and Andrew's Daddy who we call Tata.
****************************
We arrived in Erie and the moment I crossed into Aunt Izzy's house I was in her arms and I didn't see much of Mommy or Daddy for the rest of the weekend. It's ok though, I can't get enough of Aunt Izzy as much as she can not get enough of me! Aunt Izzy fed me, changed diapers, played with me and worked on stretches and strengthening...she flat wore me out!
Here she is in action...
See, on my tummy, on my back, this leg up, down, over here, over there...I mean really worked me! Do you feel bad for me? Just a little? Ok kidding, it wasn't tourture (I was trying to get some sympathy heheh) it was a blast. I love to exercise and play with Auntie Izzy!
But I was saved for like an hour when some of Aunt Izzy's friends came to meet me. Here is me visiting with Ms. Emily and her little man Reed.
While visiting Aunt Izzy I got to go see Andrew at work, we got a tour and everything. I got to meet Andrews co-workers and friends.
On Saturday it was fight night so some of Aunt Izzy and Andrew's friend came over, I can't remember all their names (sorry folks). O and get this Mommy said I was too little to stay up past my bed time and , I didn't even get to stay up for the fight, so not cool! Ok, I'm over it...
Lets see what else...
While we were visiting Aunt Izzy and Andrew I also got to meet a very special man, Andrew's Daddy. We call him Tata. He and I got to chat one morning when Aunt Izzy took me to spend some quality time with him. He held me and he even nick named me "his little gordito" (I don't know if that is the right spelling) but it means little fat boy..Haha! Good name for me don't ya think. O and I almost forgot to tell you about Aunt Izzy and Andrew's doggies. They have three, that is more then I know how to even count to but I know their names, Here they are...
meet Nina and Dante'
and then there is who we call Mooney Mustafa but she is old and never came around when Mommy had her camera so I don't have a picture to remember her by, but I'm sure I'll get to see her again soon.
**********************************************
Ok, so next on the trip we were off to visit Orwell, this is the little town that Grandma NeNe's side of the family lives in. While I was there I met Great Grandma Drazba and Great Papa Henry Drazba's friends (Nancy, Ray, Donna, Cheryl, Don, Cindy, and Kay) phew, I hope I did not leave anyone out and if I did, blame Mom! I got to meet some more cousins, a whole slew of them. I met Emily, Jeff, George (he is a Marine like Daddy), his wife Michelle and their boys Jack and Maverick. I got to see my Great Aunt Mary and Great Aunt Judy again but this time Great Aunt Judy brought along her husband, my Great Uncle Bill. I also go to meet one of my cousin Emily's friends Niki (she's cute, I think I have a crush on her hehehe).
Here are some pics from my visit to Orwell
me and Cousin Em....
Daddy, Jack and Mav playing in Great Aunt Mary's Pool (I wanna play too dang it!!)
Great Grandma and Great Grandpa Drazba with us Great (and I mean Great because we are the coolest Grandkids EVER!)
and then last but not least here is a pic of me hanging with my Great Grandparents on my last morning in Orwell, Great Grandma Barb is holding me and Papa is above her in his chair visiting with her and I
After our visit in Orwell, Mommy and Daddy took me back to Grandpa Hornak and Grandma Lynda's where we stayed one more day to wrap up our trip. I was sad to go and I think everyone was sad to see me go, but I was a bit happy to get back in my own crib and I really missed my dog Gunner so I was happy to come home to see him again. I want to thank everyone for all the gifts I received while I was home as well as all the hospital ally...ummm house spit aly...uggghhh ummm O ya...Hospitality, ya that's it. Thanks to everyone for sharing their homes with me! Also, I wanted to mention it was great to meet folks like Frank, Katie, Stephanie, Ben, and Maggey as well as one of Aunt Izzy's teacher people that she looks up to at her job. I'm sure I have left others out and I am truely sorry for that but as you can see it was a really big trip for such a little guy like me and a lot to remember.
Well, Mom is yelling that I need to get to bed and she needs the computer so she can continue sorting through all the photos from Ohio so she can load them to the flicker website...make sure you check back, I'll let you know when she has them all loaded. And sorry for the long blog post but I had to share as much as I could with you...okay, okay....Mommy really means it's time for bed...have to jet!
Love you Ohio, Love you all my people of Ohio...I hope to see you all again!!!
